Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to give customers more flexibility in choosing their travel dates, airlines, and routes based on their budget and preferences.
Flight prices can fluctuate significantly, so we separate them from the package for accurate pricing and potential cost savings for the customer.
Flight Booking Service
If booking flights just isn’t for you, for your convenience, I offer a flight booking service at an additional fee of $250. Sit back and relax as I take care of all the arrangements, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
If you’re interested in this service, please respond to the Welcome Email that will be sent to you within 48hrs of booking your package.
Guatemala
All travelers must book round-trip flights to La Aurora International Airport (GUA).
Please plan to arrive by 3:00 PM local time on Saturday, February 14, to ensure you don’t miss our Welcome Dinner.
We’ll be running three private transfers from the airport to Antigua on that day. Your assigned pickup time will be shared 30 days before the trip.
Iceland
All travelers must book round-trip flights with Icelandic Air departing from NYC (JFK) to Keflavik International Airport (KEF) arriving at 6:10am. Note you will also see that is it also known as Reykjavík–Keflavík Airport.
Our very first stop in Iceland is to the Blue Lagoon which we’ll explore immediately after we land due to its close proximity to the airport. It is imperative that attendees book this flight to arrive on time and as a group
