Weāre kicking off 2026 in one of our favorite placesāGuatemalaāwhere vibrant culture, ancient history, and breathtaking landscapes come together. Known as the Land of Eternal Spring, itās home to 37 volcanoes and colonial ruins with centuries-old stories.
At the heart of it all is Antigua, a city full of charm, colorful facades, cobblestone streets, and warm energy. Here, weāll slow down, savor every bite, and experience the soul of Guatemalaātogether.
Itinerary
Dates: February 14ā19, 2026
Touch down in Guatemala Cityājust 5 hours from NYC & LA, 4 from Chicago, and 3 from Miamiāwhere our private driver will whisk you away to the enchanted city of Antigua. Youāll settle into your space, meet the faces youāll be sharing this journey with, and join us for a cozy Welcome Dinner to kick off the magic.
Day One | Saturday | Arrival
Our day starts with intentionālearning, cooking, and connecting over flavors that have been passed down for generations. From the very start, youāll be immersed in the tastes of Guatemala, joining local chefs at a village cooking school in Jocotenango to prepare traditional dishes like tamales, tortillas, and rellenitos, all from scratch.
Weāll wrap by early afternoon so you can wander, rest, or enjoy the city at your own pace.
Day Two | Sunday | A Taste of Guatemala
The morning is yoursāexplore, recharge, or dive into something bold. Whether youāre craving movement or a moment of stillness, weāve got you. Want to hike Pacaya Volcano and enjoy pizza cooked over volcanic heat? Go for it. Curious about a chocolate-making class, an ATV ride through the hills, or something totally spontaneous? Itās your day to lean into whatever calls you.
Later, weāll reconnect at home for a private chef dinnerāa cozy, celebratory night made just for us. Expect a table full of local dishes, laughter, and that kind of magic that only happens when good people gather over a great meal.
Day Three | Monday | Explore and Feast
This morning, weāll stop by the Jade Museum to learn why jade is considered Guatemalaās national stone and how itās been treasured for centuries. With the guidance of expert carvers, youāll design and shape your own keepsakeāa necklace, bracelet, or keychaināto take home.
Weāll then walk over to Casa Santo Domingo, a former monastery turned cultural hub, where museums, colonial ruins, and artisan workshops come together to showcase Guatemalaās layered history. Stroll through its gardens, explore the art collections, or peek into the candle-making workshop where tradition comes alive.
The evening is yoursāwander, rest, or explore more of Antigua at your own pace.
Day Four | Tuesday | Rooted in History, Made by You
Day Five | Wednesday | Grateful, Gathered, Glowing
Enjoy a slow morning or explore more of the cityāthis is your time. In the evening, weāll gather for a Farewell Dinner at one of Antiguaās most beloved restaurants. Cameras ready⦠this night is going to be one to remember!
As we say our goodbyes, youāll make your way back homeāheart full, camera roll overflowing, and stories to tell. Whether youāre editing your favorite snaps on the plane or already planning your return, we hope Guatemala stays with you long after wheels up.

Day Six | Thursday | Until We Meet Again
Lake AtitlƔn Add-On Experience
Often called the Jewel of Guatemala, Lake AtitlƔn is a place of deep beauty and spiritual energy, surrounded by volcanoes and rich with Mayan culture.
Itās a peaceful retreat and weāre giving you the chance to experience its magic.
Note: You must book the Guatemala group trip + add on Lake AtitlƔn during checkout. This is offered exclusively as an add-on for guests who book the Antigua experience. If any spots remain, they will become available to others after September 15, 2025.
Dates: February 19-22, 2026
Weāll hop into a private transfer from Antigua to Panajachel Port (approx. 3ā4 hours). From there, a ferry will take us across the water to our accommodations on Lake AtitlĆ”n. The rest of the day is yours to soak in the views of one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.
Day Six | Thursday | Journey to the Lake
Weāll start the morning with a Sound Ceremony, a sacred experience rooted in ancient practices designed to ground, heal, and reconnect you with yourself and your surroundings.
Youāll have the afternoon to relax on the property or hop on a boat to explore nearby towns and artisan markets.
Day Seven | Friday | Rest and Reset
Todayās all yoursāexplore towns like San Juan or San Marcos, joining a lakeside yoga class, Mayan cooking class, or sinking into a hammock with the breeze.
Wander an artisan market, sip coffee with a volcano view, or kayak into the quiet. However you spend it, Lake AtitlƔn always gives you what you need.
Day Eight | Saturday | Your Day, Your Way
Weāll make our way back to Guatemala City for your flight homeāItās not goodbye⦠itās see you later. Weāll be dreaming of volcano views and lakeside mornings until we meet again. <3

Lake AtitlĆ”n:Our private lakefront villa was designed as a sacred retreatāoffering stunning views of Lake AtitlĆ”n, space for reflection, and all the comforts for restful, inspired living.
This is a gender-inclusive retreat, and Iāll personally match travelers based on compatibility to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for. Of course, if youāre joining with a friend or partner and want to room together, just let me know! -
